Anyone Have Success Stories With Supplements? Omega-3? Milk Thistle? Probiotics? Have Docs Discouraged Supplements Like They Have With Me?
Follow doctors orders. Milk thistle is a no. Omega 3 is a good fat that is easy for us to digest like olive oil and avocado oil.

I was diagnosed with pbc in 2020 then about a year later osteoporosis. Docs told me I was too young for osteoporosis but that it was a system of the pbc.

Why Was I Given Calcium Carbonate
PBC can lead to osteoporosis, due to malabsorption. I had osteopenia several years ago and it’s now full blown osteoporosis. I’m on Calcium with vitamin D, and Fosomax.
