Follow doctors orders. Milk thistle is a no. Omega 3 is a good fat that is easy for us to digest like olive oil and avocado oil.

I was diagnosed with pbc in 2020 then about a year later osteoporosis. Docs told me I was too young for osteoporosis but that it was a system of the pbc.

PBC can lead to osteoporosis, due to malabsorption. I had osteopenia several years ago and it’s now full blown osteoporosis. I’m on Calcium with vitamin D, and Fosomax.

I Have Been On Ursodiol 2022 Numbers Not Really Going Down So They Gave Me Ocaliva ,but I Have Not Started Because I Really Don't Know If

I take Prolia every six months . Been on it 7 years. But PBC does cause it.
