Agree I did force myself to start walking. I walk in the afternoon. I love it but weather plays a factor. I started doing stairs. I am a lot stronger. It also helps with my restlessness leg syndrome. My husband bought me the new stretch bands. I fought through the pain. Baby steps. I strongly agree it helps

That sucks. I take calcium and D’s too - bone density starting to be affected. I gotta find the energy to exercise, weight train for bone strength. I know ‘they’ say you fight fatigue with exercise but ‘they’ must not have chronic fatigue and aching joints

I’m really sorry. I take a Vitamin D1.25 1x a week and I take a Vitamin D 2000. I have osteopenia. I had multiple fractures on my pelvic.

Can you seek a pain management doctor. I have one also mental health. I have a very hard time sleeping.
