Does Anyone Have Pbc Related Osteoporosis?

I was diagnosed with pbc in 2020 then about a year later osteoporosis. Docs told me I was too young for osteoporosis but that it was a system of the pbc.

Yes I too have osteoperosis, but had it before I was diagnosed with the PBC as far as I know. I take dual advil when I have to and it does help. I was offered other meds, however chose not to take them. Once on something like that you do not get away from it. I do have a vest that I put weights in and wear it 30 minutes per day ( when I think of it ) suppose to help with the bone strength. Recommended by my Rhum,atologist.

I too was diagnosed with PBC in 2020. Last year full blown osteoporosis. I’ve been on Fosamx for a year and my bone density was worse this year than last!! Getting sent to an endocrinologist now

Yes I have it really bad Susan. Iam on Prolia injection for 6 years. And my bones is still off the chart bad.
