Does Anyone Else Have Pain In Lower Right Abdomen

My pain is right upper side. It’s random. I don’t know what causes it.
The only thing that helped me was eliminating sugars and processed foods. Sucks but the itch relief was worth it.
I haven’t experienced itching like that but I do itch sometimes at bedtime on my back

How are coping with this ? It's insatiable. Feels like insects biting not a regular itch . Scratch until I sometimes draw blood.

Does Anyone Experience Lower Abdominal Pain? My Liver Dr. Dismissed It As PBC Related Or Attributes It To Urso. I Have Other GI Issues.
