Hi Ellen! I take the powder calm. Primary Care doc was fine with it and it 100% helps when I get heart palpitations.

You may want to try sound therapy to help you sleep. I've found it to be a huge help. Certain frequencies definitely help calm & induce sleep. There are several really good sleep videos I listen to on You Tube every night. I turn them on and usually within 15 minutes I'm asleep. Else Neher has some really good ones, and she has one specifically for the liver. I really like the deep sleep healing hypnosis videos on you tube, by the Mindful Movement. They really help relax & calm the mind & body.
