I have been taking it a couple years with apparent success. No adverse side effects so far. I would talk to your doctor.

I take amitriptyline to sleep. 25mg and it works and I dont wake up groggy

Shelia iam having the same trouble . I think the PBC and the Urso both cause it. The Urso keeps me up too. But I do take anxiety meds too . Since my oldest son got kill in 2016. It's does help.
