I get horrible pain from legs to hips and even lower back plus URQ pain. I use THC and take warm baths in the evening after work, because it’s the only thing that helps at all. But it doesn’t even help much anymore. I hope you find something to help you.

- Epsom Salt Baths: Taking a bath with Epsom salts can help relieve muscle pain. The warmth of the bath can relax muscles, and the magnesium in Epsom salts may reduce inflammation.
- Exercise and Physical Therapy: Gentle exercises like Pilates and yoga can strengthen muscles around the spine and reduce chronic pain. Stretching and balance exercises can also help.
- Massage: Massages can help move excess fluid away from affected areas and relieve pain. A massage therapist can show you how to apply the right amount of gentle pressure.
- Painkillers and Supplements: Over-the-counter and prescription painkillers, along with appropriate vitamin and calcium supplements, can help manage pain. Always consult your doctor before starting any new supplements or medications.

It's essential to speak with your doctor to find the best pain management strategy for your specific situation.
