I wish I did! My hip pain wakes me up just about every night. They don't hurt while walking my dog, only at night and like right now. Advil does help but I was born with only 1 kidney and at 64 I have started with kidney disease. So I don't want to make that worse so I avoid all aspirin products.

I don’t think you’re too old. My husband’s cousin is 80 and have hip replacement surgery.

your answer is very "techy" for me but you did NOT say all this "repairs" bones that are damaged! I asked my liver doctor if I could get a surgery last year when I was 74 and she said I was too old for any surgery...

I have been experimenting with crystals & sound frequency - tuning forks & singing bowls. And my friend is a Reiki Master & started giving me Reiki. I've had a lot of pain in my fingers, toes & knees, and I barely had any pain for about 2 weeks after my first Reiki session. I've been using tuning forks daily too. So not sure if it's the Reiki, the crystals, the tuning forks, or just a coincidence, but something is helping the joint pain. 136.1 hz tuning fork is a great frequency for joint pain, I've read, so I've been using that daily directly on my joints. Then I listen to c and g (together - one near each ear), and just purchased a solfeggio set which is supposed to be good for so much - including the liver (frequencies 174 hz, 285 hz, and 528 specifically). I'm also trying various crystals. Crystals have natural vibrations, so they're believed to help with pain & inflammation. I'm willing to try anything!
