I was recently diagnosed in October 2023. My pruitis got worse after starting Urso and turned into tiny fluid filled bumps. They were all over my back, shoulders, and arms. They would break open and it looked awful! My hepatologist took me off Urso and said some people's bodies can't handle the Urso. He put me on fenofibrate and that has worked.
