I am so exhausted, is there anything that will boost my energy level up, also brain fog is bad.

Ive had it 15 yrs and I'm 66. No symptoms that affect me daily. I take urso. I focused on eating better and I feel better over all. More active since I retired during COVID....I think that helps

A couple of years ago I switched to decaf gradually. Went to mixing half decaf then gradually cut it out cause I drink alot of coffee and tea. I think I feel better also. I've had pbc for about 24 years. Am 75. Don't have any symptoms except some fatigue. But my age is a factor also. I try to eat healthy, stay active and drink lots of water. I take urso.

No, I don't think so.....it's just that I've been drinking more coffee than usual lately.

Hey @A myPBCteam Member - I haven't seen much research on this. I would definitely ask your doctor! Have you experienced any effects drinking caffeine?
