With the meds I take, I get leg cramps, some times headaches, my itching is to a minimum or not at all( depends if I drink enough water) and fatigue is always there( depends what my day is like whether it's minimal or extreme) Going through lots right now that it's middle to extreme fatigue. Should get better in a couple weeks.

((((Hugs))) that must be very difficult.
I'm doing more research on the autoimmune hepatitis. But what I've found it's the fatigue, jaundice and brain drain that's the same as PBC. It's an overlap of both.

Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) can indeed be diagnosed alongside primary biliary cholangitis (PBC). This condition is known as overlap syndrome. Here are some key points:

- Overlap Syndrome: This occurs when a person has both PBC and AIH. It can complicate diagnosis and treatment.
- Diagnosis: AIH is diagnosed through blood tests detecting specific antibodies and may require a liver biopsy.
- Symptoms: Both conditions share symptoms like fatigue and jaundice, but AIH typically shows higher levels of liver enzymes such as ALT and AST.

It's important to follow your healthcare provider's advice and monitor your condition closely.
