I Am Starting To Itch Everyday. I Wake Up And I Have Bumps Or Red Splotches On My Arms And Neck. It Looks Like Bug Bites. Is This From Pbc?

Yes this is from PBC. There are many nutritionist on utube who specialize in PBC.
Olive oil , Avocado oil, and MCT oil are good. Margarine, Crisco, fatty meats,, cakes, donuts, Candy bars, etc are not. With this disease , we have to find a good nutrition experts and do a total lifestyle change. I don’t like kefir but I drink a low fat, low sugar , high protein drink daily to put bacteria back into my digestive system to
keep bloating, and nausea under control. I read the itch is toxins coming to the surface. Nutrition is so important
