Yes...I hate it! Achy, fatigued, malaise...but it doesn't turn into anything--thankfully!! I just rest/sleep & it passes within a day usually. But that's a whole day shot to hell & then I get angry!

Fatigue is a number 1 culprit for me..I go with flow of my body and stop and relax if need be.

Most definitely and that is how I am feeling this week. The fatigue has been the worse for me.

Absolutely! For me, I always thought I was as getting a bladder/kidney infection! Nausea, feverish, abdominal discomfort, and general unwell feeling! Once I understood what was happening I could manage better, especially my over active brain.

Down load chair exercising or something that works for you. Lift light weights.
Go for short walks and start building up your strength. Eat a lot of low fat protein.
Talk to your Doctor about Vitamin C and Zinc. Feeling tired and like you are getting a cold can be improved with exercise . It helps with sleep.
