In the context of Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC), blood tests are crucial for diagnosis and monitoring. Here are some relevant points from the knowledge base:

- Bilirubin Levels: High bilirubin levels can indicate liver dysfunction, which is common in PBC.
- Liver Enzymes: Elevated liver enzymes, such as alkaline phosphatase (ALP), are a sign of liver damage from PBC.
- Antimitochondrial Antibodies (AMA): Around 95% of people with PBC have AMA, which helps in diagnosing the condition.

However, specific information about low red blood cell counts or high white blood cell (lymphocyte) levels in PBC is not provided in the knowledge base. If you have concerns about these blood test results, it's best to consult your healthcare provider.
