I have pain across my collar bone and up into my neck. More painful when I lay down. Going to a ortho dr. in May. If I take Tylenol it helps, but hate to take it all the time. Hoping for an alternative. My Dr. did tell me it could take 6 months to a year to see a change in bloodwork. He told me I did not have to change my diet but to refrain from alcohol. the very best to you. Have a great day
