I have had gallstones, but the doctors have said they aren't causing an issue. I do believe they must move around because I have such issues at times. I have been on ursodile for a few years. Hoping it keeps the stones at bay for now. Good luck.

I had sludge after 7 years on Urso. Didn’t help me. I had stones that didn’t bother me until they did. Gallbladder removed during Covid in 2020. Since then I’ve produced sludge and stones in the bike duct without a gallbladder. After the ERCP where the sludge was removed. I ended up with a 1.3cm stone in my 12mm common bile duct six months later. I had to have another ERCP after having to call 911. I’m one of those people that is still producing soft stones in the common bile duct. Urso has my alk phos in normal range but does nothing for the sludge and stones that I’m producing. Even my hepatologist at Mayo Clinic was puzzled.
