I have used so many different skin softeners and none of them help with itchiness...even on my scalp I have used solutions that don't work...it all comes from the liver problems/issues

Hey @A myPBCteam Member - Great question! It's not uncommon for one to experience symptoms of itchiness when feeling ill. For me, it's normally because when I'm sick, my immune system is working harder to support me and being sick can lead to dehydration, which dries out my skin, making it itchier. For someone with pbc, managing itchiness is especially important, so staying hydrated and using gentle skin moisturizers can really help. Always check with your healthcare provider if the itching is new or getting worse. πŸ’§πŸ©ΊπŸ™‚
