Does anyone believe our bodies were made to heal itself, and that DIET - food, teas and herbs can help? Just curious! I had a year of itching prior to dx and after eliminating some foods, haven't had a flare up- for now anyway... Thank you so much. I do eat spinach in salad and soups and also take Calm gummies for magnesium. Approved by my dr. Have tried Kefir, but cannot do the taste and texture. I will check out your web sites also. Itch is better thanks to Aveeno for dry skin lotion and body wash. Have a great day i

I love sweet potatoes so that is easy for me. Husband does not care for them. So make 2 meals alot. Not fun, but it works. LOL. Also drink tumeric and ginger tea. Eggs are a favorite of us all. No capers for me but sardines and tuna
