I have gained ALOT of weight in the past year. I’m the heaviest I have ever been and I hate the way I look. Has anyone experienced weight gain? 😔

I have gained also...I watch what I eat...exercise isn't easy with chronic fatigue & generalized muscle/joint pain. My insurance won't cover semaglutide unless I am diabetic--which I am not. Frustrating!!! 5 ft tall & need to lose about 30,40,50 lbs. If I don't--my liver will just get worse. :(

I have seen a slow weight gain. It started when a doctor put me on a statin. I stopped taking it when my liver numbers started going up and have tried to lose it. I do walking DVD's daily and also walk around my property which is an acre and a quarter that goes up an down. Just did a fibroscan and I'm waiting for the results. I now am experiencing nausea and heartburn and having a hard time eating. Have had to cut back on the amount, so I just eat small. I exercise thru the muscle pain. Just want to know what stage I am at so I can discuss these things with my doctor.

I have gained 20 pounds this year. I don't like it, but my liver numbers are the best they've been in years. My ALP was chronically high before my diagnosis in January. I plan to discuss it with my doctor next week.
