I currently take 900 MG. Before I was on 1,200 MG but lost weight and now I take 900.

300 mg, twice a day. I am 5'2" and 149 lbs

I am taking Ursodiol 250 mg 3 tablets morning and 2 tablets evening and includes my new meds Rezdiffra 80 mg once a day. Looking forward to new changes with the new meds and reversal. I guess my PBC was not near close to cirrhosis and possible to see changes!

Thank you for the information. I’m currently taking 600mg but my doctor wants me on 900mg. I just can’t tolerate that much without tons of side effects. 💜
