What Prescription Or Meds Do You Take For PBC? Would Like To Compare. Anyone Take Milk Thisle?

I take Ursodiol 300 mg two times a day. Anyone take supplements? Milk thistle?

I take 500mg of Ursodiol twice a day. It seems to be working.

Linda I too take Ursodiol 300mg 2x day. I do find Ursodiol works for me. Was off of it 3 months and my Alk went up from 88 to 201. Back on it again and it went down to 127. So it does work for me!! Not on nothing else for it.

I take Urso also same amout that you do. I also take vitamin d. However I have bone pain, but atribute that to Osteo. Seems the more I move the better off I am. Bones hurt most everyday, but I try not to take anything and work through it. Good luck and hope you find an answer

I take Ursodiol 500mg 2x a day. I am supposed to take 2 Caltrate +D but honestly I forget. My first GI was really adamant that I take it. Now, as everyone talks of bone pain, I understand why.
