Hi Ellen. I’m guessing maybe people don’t respond if they don’t feel they have a helpful answer to share because the question is about something they haven’t experienced themselves. Or sometimes people might be having brain fog that day and find it hard to put an answer into words, so they send a hug because they want to at least acknowledge your question.

I see my Dr this week. My liver enzymes were steadily rising and pcp sent me to a specialist. Urso results have been great. Itching is crazy. My specialist told me NOT to take any supplements
I will get the definitive answer about IF it is PBC this week but am pretty sure it's the diagnosis.
Those on here NOT getting straight answers from docs might have to go to the nearest BIG hospital near you for the right Dr. I realize it's disruptive to travel ,but that is my suggestion.
