After eating, no matter how little or much, I look 6 months pregnant for a few hours afterwards. I've been retired since Jan 1, but going back to work next week at the same part time position I had. It's physically demanding so I'm worried the low red & white blood cells and low platelets and hemoglobin will affect my energy and stamina.

I have the bloating also and am very discouraged about it. I have never had this horrible belly bulge. I have only been on orso since December and have gained 10 pounds, still wear the same size clothes, but shape has changed to ugly. I am only used to weight of 110. I still work 3 days a week and am very busy on those 3 days on my feet all day, so when I have a few days off I get caught up with house work and shopping etc. I am also a volunteer for the local historical society, so it is not like I am active. Guess just something I need to deal with, but cannot say I am happy about it

I think my belly looks like I'm 5 months pregnant most days. My weight hasn't changed, but my shape has. I stopped Ocaliva when I reached stage 4, cirrhosis. How is your appetite? I feel very full after a few bites.

I have bloating in my stomach. I am taking ursodiol since May 2021. Started ocaliva august 2023. Stomach bloating has gotten worse since starting ocaliva especially the last 3-4 months.
