I was diagnosed in Dec 2020 at Stage 4 Cirrhosis. It took a year or more to finally get diagnosed and I was 74 years young. Think I've had PBC for quite a few years prior. I have a EGD every year to monitor varices. I have them but they are flat. GI doc prescribed beta blocker (Nadolol) to keep them that way. So far, so good.
