Does Anyone Have An Enlarged Spleen?

You're going thru a lot. It took me 20 years to reach stage 4 cirrhosis. With it came portal hypertension and enlarged spleen. Hugs to you hope you're feeling better soon!

Thanks. My fibro scan didnt showed any significant scaring yet. My hemtologist said she didn't see anything not expected due to PBC and cleared me for hernia surgery that I have been avoiding. This might relieve some of my lower abdominal pain that my hepotologist does not attribute to PBC.

😷 I have low plateles and recent elevation of alk. I see a hemtologist next week. I am also recovering from h pylori and gallbladder surgery. I have been dealing with lower abdominal pain and discomfort that so far has the doctors baffled and wonder if it's stress and anxiety. I see my hepitologist next week. So far no cirrhosis but wonder if PBC has affected my spleen. Wishing you well in your struggles. Randy

Yes. And my WBC, RBC and platelets are all low on my lab work. How's your labs? ( I'm st. 4, cirrhosis)
