I haven't gained, but not losing like I think I should be, despite healthier eating. I've been on Urso since last March. I was doing really well on a low fat, low sugar, low gluten diet, but not losing any weight. I did go off the diet over the holidays a bit, so I need to focus on my diet now and get back on track.
