I started eating healthy. I walk 2 miles a day and I do a 45 min strength training class 5 days a week. It wasn't easy for me to start exercising (queen of excuses) but now I find the brain fog and fatigue are in the forefront when I don't exercise.
THIS IS A VERY GOOD QUESTION. Iโm still figuring this out myself with so many other ailments on my plate and appreciate the answers so far. Please everyone keep commenting its very helpful.
I refrain from having alcohol. When I would have a glass of wine I would not feel well the following day. Very sluggish!
So now, no alcoholic beverages for me.
I find that clean eating! Doing Tai Chi and Qigong daily has given me a new way of living and being into the moment, the present! Such a beautiful feeling of living now and not have to worry about PBC. Soon will be 61 yrs old with a new found energy! I find this more effective in my life today! It's just beautiful!
I have done what most people can't
I relocated to Ecuador
I live at about 10,000 feet in the Andes. The climate is very stable. With the usual temperature between 65 and 75. The length of daylight is stable ( about 12 and 12). Food is very fresh without the added sugars and chemicals that are added to everything in the states). My city is walkable and I don't even have a car
No need for the gym because I exercise throughly the day with just accomplishing normal things.
It's not perfect, not heaven on earth but I feel so much better here without the extremes and stress of the states. I feel better every day. I'm building a circle of friends here and a support system.
I have a guest room for anyone who wants to visit!๐
