Hi Sabeeta, my Dr said a very occasional glass of wine was okay. I can take it or leave it, so I pretty much abstain from any alcohol.

I gave up alcohol. Salt, sugar, fats, Advil and Tylenol also. Nutrition and exercise
is the focus.
