Me too. Very dry mouth and eyes too.

I use Biotene mouth wash~works well for me.

I'm always ice cold

I too have a lot of trouble with heat. The only thing i found that helps is to stay indoors and out of the sun when its too hot. I’m also very sensitive to mosquito bits and get bigger wilts then ever before with intense itching that lasts for days. Not really sure if PBC is causing this.

I have very dry mouth at night, but I have no idea if it is the heat or will carry over to the cooler months. I notice that I am very sensitive to mosquito bites. Anything that itches, seems to be INTENSIFIED.
