Could bowel blockage be associated with PBC or ursodiol?

Ursodiol can cause rare but serious side effects, including enteroliths (stone-like mineral buildup) in people who are at risk for intestinal stenosis (partial obstruction at the center of the intestine) or stasis (when the stomach takes too long to empty). This could potentially lead to bowel blockage. Always consult your doctor if you experience any severe symptoms.
