The FDA granted priority review for the new PBC medication Seladelpar, and set a Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) target action date of August 14, 2024. Iā€™m holding onto a glimmer of hope that it might help even a tiny bit with fatigue or brain fog.

So far, so good. I've been on Urso for 4 months. I have had a noticeable weight gain, so that is frustrating. I still have fatigue and itching, but my 3 month bloodwork showed numbers trending down, which is the most important thing.

No. Don't look. Taking UR SO for 25 years. Just started having issues. Somethings can be from old age. Not everything is because of PBC. Almost all days I do not have it enter my mind.

I just got a text today from Walgreens about a clinical trial for Volixibat for itching. I am hesitant to join a clinical trial, but I am very interested in seeing if it helps with the itching. Also would like to see something to treat the fatigue.

The fog and fatigue definitely are issues. Glad I'm retired. Keep us posted. TY
