I do it's like my arms is all scar up . I try using vitamin c and retinol on them it didn't help .I think it's part of the PBC .

My mom had PBC and her skin was full of dark and white spots and now I have PBC and I am getting the same dark and white spots too, I think it may be pigment disorder? or vitiligo due to the PBC? If u find any info please let me know as well......thank u💫

I've also had bruises and my platelets have dropped
So far they come back up but then drop again. I had a massage a week ago and woke up the next morning looking like I had been hit by a car! I was black and blue from head to toe. Lighter massage from now on!!

Good question! In the past 12 months or, so, the dark marks on my hands, arms and face, have more than doubled, in size and un-eveness! Plus, the darker color. I bruise very easy and when bruises heal, I have new horrible discoloring, that never goes away. At this point, I find it, extremely disturbing and embarrassing. My Dr.s seem to gloss over, or change the subject, when I have tried to get any answers. I don/'t mind a few white spots, but the larger, darker spots, I try to ignore them, because, to me, they are "icky" and dirty looking. I see my Gastroenteroligist Dr., in August, and I have alot of questions, for him!! 😬

I cannot say that I have noticed any spots other than the age spots I have had on my torso for quite some time. I would talk to your dr about this
