I have PBC and Scleroderma~
I take Ursodiol for PBC and Hydroxy chloroquine for the Scleroderma and Olumiant to relieve pain in my hands and fingers.

I see specialist for my 2 A/I conditions-Rheumatologist and Gastroenterologist. I don’t believe that a PCP can handle these complex diseases with great success~

Hydrate and rest as much as possible. Positive thoughts and positive manifestations helps me through those tough days.

Unfortunately, No cure for our diseases.

I don't really have a good answer because I tend to push myself until I crash. I think probably the best thing to do is rest when you feel so weak. Also maybe your Dr can prescribe something to help with that. Anyone else have any ideas?
