I’m not sure what it feels like to have pancreatitis but I do have an upset stomach after I take the Urso, especially the night dose. So now I take one dose with breakfast and the other with dinner, instead of before bed. It has seemed to help.

Yes, I have those symptoms after I take Urso. I was on 750 — 3 250 mg tablets divided between two in the am and one at night. I was told I could cut back to one each am and pm with food and that has helped somewhat

I don't have any problems now with taking ursodiol . I take all 3 tabs after breakfast around 8:30 or 9am.
