I Was Tested For Sjogrens And The Bloodwork Showed I Had Strep B. Taking Antibiotics Now. Does Strep B Affect The Liver And Other Organs?

I have PBC and Fatty liver disease. I was tested for Sjogrens. Blood work was elevated. It showed I have Strep B. I am on third antibiotic now trying to clear this up. I will see rheumatologist in August. I have joint pain and urinary tract issues. I recently had cortisone shot in my hip. So is it likely my issues all stem from PBC?
