I showed elevated liver enzymes for 4 years while taking monthly lab draws for breast cancer treatment. Why don't Doctors at least screen for PBC for women? We have mammograms as part of routine screening, why don't we screen women for PBC when liver enzymes are elevated? I would think that earlier detection of liver issues would give better outcomes.
